Data controller

RejiCut. For any question or request about your personal data, write to our email address.

How your recording is processed

Your video files never leave your computer. For the analysis, the RejiCut panel compresses only the audio of your recording and sends it to the RejiCut cloud; transcription, cuts and the camera plan are worked out there and the plan comes back to you. Audio files are deleted from the server within an hour of the analysis. We don't keep the transcript; it stays only in the plan file on your own computer. When you use features marked “AI credits”, the transcript is sent to our AI service provider for processing and is not stored there.

Data we process

Why we process it

Who we share it with

Only with the providers we work with to deliver the service: Cloudflare (account server, database and downloads), Modal (analysis servers), Groq (speech transcription), Resend (sign-in code emails), Polar (payments and invoices), Google (only if you sign in with Google) and, for AI credit features, our AI provider Anthropic. These providers' servers are located outside Turkey (in the United States and the European Union). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted when you ask us to delete your account. Service logs are kept for at most two years. Invoice and payment records are kept by Polar for the legally required periods.

Cookies

This website (rejicut.com) uses no cookies or visitor tracking tools. The account page (hesap.rejicut.com) uses one necessary cookie, only to keep you signed in; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to learn which third parties it was transferred to, and to object. Just send your request by email; we reply within 30 days at the latest. If you find our answer insufficient, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
