Refund policy

Because you can try RejiCut free for 14 days before buying, you pay only once you've decided. If you're still not happy:

• Subscription: if you write to us within 7 days of your first subscription payment, we refund it in full. Later periods are not refunded; when you cancel, you keep using RejiCut until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credit packs: refunded within 14 days of purchase if completely unused. Partly used packs are not refunded.

To request a refund, write to us from the email address you bought with. Since payments are taken through Polar, Polar refunds the same card or payment method; depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to show up. Refunded subscriptions or credits are removed from your account.

Under Turkey's Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form, but we offer the refunds above anyway.
