Terms of use
Last updated: November 4, 2026. By installing RejiCut or creating an account, you accept these terms. This English text is a translation; if it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version applies.
The service
RejiCut is an editing extension for Adobe Premiere Pro. For the analysis, the audio of your recording is sent to the RejiCut cloud and the result returns to the panel (details in the privacy notice). The cuts and camera switches RejiCut suggests are written to your timeline when you approve and apply them. The final edit and the content of your recordings are your responsibility. To use RejiCut you need a valid Adobe Premiere Pro license and an internet connection.
Account and right of use
- An account can be used on at most two computers at a time. You may not share your account with others.
- Reverse engineering or modifying RejiCut's code, trying to bypass the license or credit system, or reselling RejiCut is prohibited.
- We may suspend your account if it is used in breach of these terms.
Trial, subscription and payment
New accounts get a 14-day free trial and trial credits; the trial is given once per computer. Subscription payments are taken through our merchant of record, Polar, which also issues the invoices. You can cancel your subscription anytime and keep using it until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are subject to the refund policy.
Credits
Analyses and features marked “AI credits” use credits from your account; the panel shows roughly how many credits a job will use before it starts. Credits come with your subscription or can be bought separately; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Service continuity
We aim to run RejiCut without interruption; there may be short outages due to maintenance or our providers. If an analysis can't be completed because of an error on our side, no credits are charged for that job.
Liability
RejiCut is provided as is. We don't guarantee that the suggestions will always be right; we recommend checking them before applying. Backing up your project files is your responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will notify you by email of significant changes before they take effect.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply. For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction under Law No. 6502; for other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of RejiCut's place of business have jurisdiction.
